Our beautiful Paintworks studio is the newest addition to the Soul family, designed to bring our signature Reformer Pilates experience to life in a vibrant, welcoming space.
With classes running seven days a week, expert instructors, and free on-site parking, we make it easy to build strength, improve posture, and feel incredible - all just a short walk from Knowle, Brislington, and Totterdown.

We offer a range of convenient parking options to make your visit as smooth as possible. A limited number of free parking spaces are available on-site at Paintworks for those who arrive early. If these are full, there’s a larger nearby car park adjacent to this with paid parking available.
There is a bus stop on Bath Road, directly outside of Paintworks, which is served by the following buses: 1, 39, x39, 522, 349.
Our pilates studio is about 20 minutes on foot from Bristol Temple Meads.
There is cycle parking directly outside the front of the building.
