Movement is more than exercise – it’s the pathway to healing, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
For over 10 years, we’ve been a rehabilitation-focused Pilates studio, trusted by clients and medical professionals alike to deliver tailored, clinical support.
Our first studio, Queen Square, is uniquely located within an osteopathy practice, allowing us to now work closely alongside some of Bristol’s leading osteopaths, physiotherapists, and consultants across all three of our studios.

This is a more literal description of what Clinical Rehab Pilates is, for someone who is a complete newbie and potentially deciding between this service and any alternative.
If you’re unsure whether Pilates is right for your condition, we’re always happy to talk through your options and create a plan that feels safe, effective, and empowering.

Most of our instructors are comprehensively trained, holding qualifications with Polestar Pilates, APPI, or our own Soul Teacher Training, which blends classical and contemporary Pilates with a deeply clinical approach to movement therapy.
Many of our teachers also have years of experience supporting clients referred by doctors and specialists. You’ll always be in skilled, compassionate hands.
Love Eliza’s mat class – the level two is intense but she uses all props to make it fun and supportive do you don’t realise how hard you are working – it’s a perfect combination of traditional Pilates moves delivered with confidence and knowledge.
‘Mat’ came before reformer and it’s a great full body movement class which gives every bit of your body some attention and leaves you feeling well balanced and stretched.
I do 2 classes a week at Soul Pilates. The teachers bring their own personal styles which keeps classes fresh but what is consistent in the Soul approach is the emphasis on finding your own ease of movement whilst offering safe challenges.
As a 64 year old woman I feel that I can lead an active life with confidence. A recent improvement I’ve noticed is that I seem to be hitting my golf shots further. I think I have more rotation and flexibility.
And the office staff are always helpful too.
I’m loving my return to Reformer pilates. The studio is a great place to focus and the teachers are brilliant. I have osteoporosis and a hip replacement (and I’m old) and their attention to individuals in the group is fantastic.
I first posted this review two years ago and it is still just as true. I am stronger now than when I started and my posture is better than it has ever been.
Restarted Pilates as I am aware that, as a 40+ woman with a back injury that I need to manage, I need to keep working on my core strength.
I have now attended 200+ classes at Soul and haven’t had any issues with my back. I feel stronger, more confident in my back and really enjoy how varied the classes are, even with the same instructors.
It has also been great for my mental wellbeing, which has been an added bonus.
Would thoroughly recommend!
